Sales Coaching

Helping people succeed is a passion for me.  Young, old, or in-between, it doesn’t matter.

All that is important is YOU and your success.

That’s why I’ve put together this 26-week sales coaching program.  One hour a week for twenty-six weeks to help instill in you the qualities and habits of success.

But success lies in you and your willingness to take the principles and skills presented and internalize them, and use them.

When it comes to success in any endeavor we are our own worst enemies.  We allow negative self-talk, bad habits, and nay-sayers to dominate our thinking, and thus keep us from being as successful and happy as we deserve.

The course requires reading, participation, and effort.  You will not improve just by sitting back and listening to me.

You must work at improving your skills and mindset, but you will become more successful as you hone the principles presented.

Everyone wants to be a success in what they do, but not everyone knows how to go about getting it.

Successful people have similar characteristics that can be copied, emulated, and personalized so that each of us can be more successful in life and our careers.

As Rick Pitino says in his book, “Success is a Choice”:  “Nothing meaningful or lasting  comes without working hard at it, whether it’s in your own life or with people you’re trying to influence.”

In this course I will help you un-learn old, destructive habits and learn new productive habits that will allow you to achieve all you want in sales and in life.

Success is defined differently by each individual.  It might be defined as income, possessions, power, prestige, or something else.

No matter how you might perceive success, this program can help you achieve it.

Flexibility and adaptability are important elements of this program, and we adjust the training to meet the needs of the individual participants.  Because of the personalization of each class to meet the needs of the participants, the program will last at least 26 hours.

It is more important that we cover all the information thoroughly and that the participant understand and internalize the lessons, rather than have an artificially determined end date.

Learning habits takes time and effort; and for that reason I am there between sessions encouraging you to work at those areas that seem most difficult for you.

From George Washington to Abraham Lincoln to Lee Iacocca and now to you, successful individuals exhibit the same basic habits.  This is no accident.  It is a series of habits that can be learned, developed, and maximized for any individuals success.

Many of these habits are simply ignored or under utilized by most people, but when learned and internalized they will propel you towards success.

These are not difficult habits to learn, but learning any habit takes effort.  If you aren’t willing to make the effort you will continue in the same rut, with the same outcomes as you have always had.

You will have homework exercises and reading assignments to help you develop the habits of success and improve your selling.

Like any course you will only get out of it as much as you put in, but I’m with you each and every step of the way.  Encouraging you and cheering you on.

If you want to improve yourself and/or your sales team then I encourage you to contact me about taking this sales coaching program.
